Terms & Conditions

Rincones con Luz act as a link between the client and the owners, or his or her representative.

All housing is destined for temporary use.

When you reserve accommodation the following general conditions will take effect:

1. Arrivals and departures.

The check in time begins at 15:00 h.

There will be an extra charge of 25 € for all arrivals after 21.30 h. that should be paid upon key delivery.

The check out time is before 12:00 h.

These conditions apply unless stated otherwise in the property description.

2. Rates.

The rent for each accommodation varies depending on the season and length of stay.

Prices include water, electricity and gas consumption.

3. Bed linen and towels.

It will appear in the description of each property if bed linen and towels are included in the price.

At the properties where bed linen and towels are not included, you can rent them.

The rental prices for bed linen and towels are:

- For less than 4 people: 25 €

- Between 4 and 8 people: 35 €

- More than 8 people: 45 €

4. Security deposit.

Rincones con Luz reserve the right to ask for a security deposit. This is not systematic and it depends on the rented residence and the age of the renters.

The security deposit will be paid in cash upon arrival, and it will be refunded in cash or by bank transfer when the client has left the property, once it has been inspected by the owner or his or her representative.

The security deposit will be refunded if no damage has been incurred to the property and if it is left in the same good condition as when it was rented.

5. Reservations.

You can make your reservation online, by telephone or by e-mail. An advance payment is required to formalize the reservation.

The client will have 24 hours to formalize the reservation by credit card payment or by bank transfer.

If the reservation payment is not made by the due date, Rincones con Luz will reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

When the advance payment is made with credit card, the client will receive the BOOKING CONFIRMATION by e-mail within 12 hours after the payment is made. When payment is made by bank transfer it is necessary to verify that the transfer has been made to our bank account, once verified the BOOKING CONFIRMATION will be sent by e-mail.

The amount to reserve accommodation varies depending on the property. It will vary from 15% to 50% of the total amount. The percentage of the deposit is determined by each owner and will be specified in the pre-reservation or payment form.

6. Key delivery.

The remaining amount of the rent and the security deposit must be paid in cash or with credit card (depending on the accommodation) on the arrival day, when the keys are delivered. The keys will not be handed over if the total amount for the rent has not been paid.

Upon arrival the client will see the accommodation and verify the information that has been provided concerning the property. If the client does not wish to stay at the accommodation, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of the advance payment, nor can it be used as a partial payment for another accommodation.

The client cannot reclaim any reduction of the rent if urgent repairs have to take place at the property during the rental period, which the owner (or his or her representative) are responsible for.

7. Cancellation policy.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

• If cancellation is made 40 days or more prior to the entry date, Rincones con luz will keep 15% of the total rent.

• If cancellation is made less than 40 days prior to the entry date, Rincones con Luz will keep 100% of the advance payment.

The client is not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind if they shorten or interrupt their stay.

8. Rincones con luz will not be responsible for any of the following situations:

• Situations which are beyond the control of the property, such as noise, construction work, or interruptions in the water or electricity supply in the building.

• Thefts or damages inflicted by third parties.

• Property defects, damages or failure to comply with the material terms of the rental object. The information that we provide about the rental properties is given in good faith, relying on information provided by the owner or his or her representative.

Any complaints concerning the accommodation will be the owner’s responsibility.

9. Verification of the number of people.

The number of people staying in the accommodation cannot exceed the number that was agreed upon reservation. If the number of people exceeds the number listed on the reservation, the owner or his or her representative can make an additional charge or decide upon immediate eviction without any kind of refund.

10. Pets.

In each case the client has to check if pets are allowed in the rental property.

11. Swimming pool.

Properties with swimming pool one the estate, usually hold these open as a general rule from June 23rd until September 15th.

12. Insurance policy.

The owners of the rental properties should have an insurance policy which covers civil liability, the property and its content, exonerating Rincones con Luz from any liability whatsoever.

13. Rehousing of a client.

Rincones con Luz reserve the rights to substitute the reserved accommodation with one of equal category in the event of serious unexpected occurrence. Should the client not be in agreement with the options given by Rincones con Luz, the reservation payment will be refunded by bank transfer.

14. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction.

The general conditions outlined in this document are governed by Spanish law.

Natural or legal people who visit, use or employ any service provided on this website, www.rinconesconluz.com express waiver of immunity that may be entitled, subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Seville, to resolve any dispute that might arise as a result of the services provided.
